Last mission 12 lazing issue - Spoiler

first of all  thanks for the campaign

in last mission when trying to laze targets for me i didn't find it through Atflir by all means using LST.

although i have finished first mission with no such problem

when i use NVG i see laser beam but can't get laser detected LST 1688 code

i fed up and try to get them by gun, destroy one target but shoot downed in second target

Hi @Maverick2030

That’s not the way to hit the targets.
Uzi are identifying the targets with their laser. Use your gogs to locate the base of the laser. Then select your HUD for targeting. A dot will appear in the velocity vector. Put the dot on the base of the laser and designate using your TDC. Level up and you are now in a position to deliver your weapon using auto.

Me I just cant see the laser

 

Quest 3, 5080, i9-14900k, setting really high, DLAA... but i don't see the laser, i try 15 minutes, i turn on the indicator to see where Uzi are and I cant see the laser now. I ever succeed this mission easly in the past, but now I cant. 

 

Issue ?

Something I must change in my setting ?

I will check to make sure the laser is still firing this end. i will confirm here when I have.

Assuming it is, then have you tried to spot it with your gogs or flir or both.

Are you running any mods? If so try without them.

Have you tried adjusting contrast etc on the flir or gain on the gogs.

Do you have a track file you could send me?

Can you see the laser when in 2D. You can check this following your VR track on the monitor after. 
 

If we find the laser is firing and with no mods it is not visible for you on the Quest then we both need to log it as an issue with ED to fix. In the past from time to time  when ED has made updates, the laser has been almost invisible in the Pimax ( what I use).

I try with node and flir. I havent try adjust contrast (i dont even know i can adjust the node contrast)

No tracking, maybe retry it this week to save the track

 

Ill also try to check on screen. Wasnt easy because my simpit isnt near my main screen

Hi @KodiakVFA143

Do not know what you mean by node? You should be using your night vision goggles.

Just flew mission and laser was visible, so it is definitely firing, but I am using the Pimax Crystal though.

Try adjusting the gain with your goggles. If the laser is not showing in the Quest 3 you should report it to ED on the forum.

If you save a track of the mission where the laser is not visible and send to me I can check this end.

@KodiakVFA143 You can change the gain up or down using these controls.

This may or may not help you. It could be a Quest 3 DCS display thing in which case you need to report to ED on the forum.

As I said send me a track and I could check this end.

I finished the campaign not long ago and I could run that mission. Make sure you play with the contrast of you nvg and that you focus on the bottom part of the laser....you will connect automatically if your plane is sufficiently aligned.

I try it again, do the last updated, bind the gain, I play with the gain never see a lazer, througt the nvg, still no laze visible in the flir too. I save a track this time but just a little too big to send here (54 mb)

Thanks for the track, if you can see the laser on the Track via a monitor it is probably a Quest 3 display issue. If this is the case you should report it on the main Forum  for bugs so ED is aware and can look into it and hopefully fix it. It is not something that I can fix via campaign scripting.
