Campaign documentation?

Is there any documentation/kneeboard of the campaign missions?

The doc\ folder in the installation path is empty...

Thank you all for very fast feedback. All documentation has been submitted to ED but it seems you are right. I can't find them either.

Until ED gets them out I'll share documentation here. All documentation except Campaign Guide are also included in game.

I got confirmation from ED too. They have the documentation but somehow it's not included in published version. Until they get it out please download the documentation from my message above.
