I don't understand, I have the lock, I have tone, but the bombs are released way too late !
Am I doing it wrong or is it broken ?

Also make sure you (at least roughly) fly the entered airspeed (TAS not IAS) and altitude at release point, as well as the entered Dive Angle.

They influence the drag coefficient.

It looks like you/jester set the drag for air or snake eye bomb while you dropped a clean iron bomb.

Open the bomb menu and tell jester the correct bomb type for him to get the correct drag coefficient.

Please, I'm not calling you dumb. DCS is a very complex game and anyone can skip a step easily.

Have you clicked "Tell Jester" and he confirmed with voice?

Demonstration of dropping a Mk-84 from after the last patch.

I'll have a look on a Mk-82 and report here.

Yes I did.
Dive-Toss was working fine for me before the patch, that video is the third failed attack run.
I will retry with an air start...

I got rounds on target with the Mk-82 two times that I tested it now.

I don't do much on the bomb table/computer. I just select DT, the bomb type and bump the target altitude, set back to zero and 'Tell Jester'. Regardless of the actual altitude I drop it hits.

That's weird.

I re-launched the same mission after restarting DCS, and now it's working OK.

I used the same release parameters in bombing table, I tried diving from 25 000ft and pop-up attacks, now both work whereas both failed on previous session.

So far cased closed for me.

Weird. Just in case, check your bomb pickle button on your controller if it is not giving bad output in the likes of losing the pressed signal momentarily (very briefly) changing the target during the DT pull up to somewhere further. It can be something in the simulation too, so who knows.

Glad it is working now. Have fun!
