Rocky49 Posted June 12, 2024 Posted June 12, 2024 The sensitivity of the MMS Axis is making it impossible to control the MMS I have tried Curves, reducing Saturation, dead zones, nothing seems to bring the sensitively under control. Anybody have any success? I would appreciate some advice on how to set up my axis. System:Motherboard Asus ROG Strix Z390-E,Asus ROG GeForce RTX 2080Ti OC, GPU, 32GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 Ram, Intel i9 9900K @ 5 GHz , cooled by NZXT Kraken X52, Acer XB270HU G-Sinc monitor, Windows 10 Pro, Warthog joystick and throttle with wasy extension, VBK Gunfighter Pro and MCG Pro,MFG Rudder, running on a dedicated 1TB Samsung 970 Pro M2 Nvme , Super Wheel Stand Pro, with a HP Reverb G2
sandpatch Posted June 12, 2024 Posted June 12, 2024 That is weird, I have the STECS and it works very well. I don't even need a curve. How did you bind it?
Rocky49 Posted June 12, 2024 Author Posted June 12, 2024 I bound it via the Co-pilot axis page. just selected the STECS, Hi-lighted each axis, x and y to the MMS vertical and horizonal x and y. The mini stick works okay with other a/c but in the KW it is uncontrollable. The slightest pressure on either axis can cause it to accelerate I checked it's calibration in the VKB app and it is working correctly Do you leave the Saturation at 100 and the curve at 0? sandpatch Posted June 13, 2024 Posted June 13, 2024 Yes I do. 100 sat and 0 curve. Did you bind it to the MMS line of sight? And you haven't assigned the ministick to anything on the pilot settings?
Rocky49 Posted June 13, 2024 Author Posted June 13, 2024 Okay thanks for responding . It is bound to the MMS in Axis commands. No other commands are assigned to the mini stick System:Motherboard Asus ROG Strix Z390-E,Asus ROG GeForce RTX 2080Ti OC, GPU, 32GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 Ram, Intel i9 9900K @ 5 GHz , cooled by NZXT Kraken X52, Acer XB270HU G-Sinc monitor, Windows 10 Pro, Warthog joystick and throttle with wasy extension, VBK Gunfighter Pro and MCG Pro,MFG Rudder, running on a dedicated 1TB Samsung 970 Pro M2 Nvme , Super Wheel Stand Pro, with a HP Reverb G2
sandpatch Posted June 13, 2024 Posted June 13, 2024 I wish I could help more. But all i can say is that it works fine here, so I have no other idea.
Rocky49 Posted June 13, 2024 Author Posted June 13, 2024 no problem Hopefully someone will know what I need to do System:Motherboard Asus ROG Strix Z390-E,Asus ROG GeForce RTX 2080Ti OC, GPU, 32GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 Ram, Intel i9 9900K @ 5 GHz , cooled by NZXT Kraken X52, Acer XB270HU G-Sinc monitor, Windows 10 Pro, Warthog joystick and throttle with wasy extension, VBK Gunfighter Pro and MCG Pro,MFG Rudder, running on a dedicated 1TB Samsung 970 Pro M2 Nvme , Super Wheel Stand Pro, with a HP Reverb G2
Solution Rocky49 Posted June 13, 2024 Author Solution Posted June 13, 2024 Moderator: please merge my thread with the other thread with this same topic. It would appear that it is some kind of issue with the MMS across several brands of joysticks.
