Kenan Posted May 4, 2009 Posted May 4, 2009 I've seen this video long time ago..IMO, it was no more cop vs offender, it was on personal level as he stopped the guy numerous times before and they had some issues..the way the officer pepper sprayed the suspect and immediatelly started walking away, shows he didn't really care and took it as bussiness as usual..and certainly didn't expect to get shot at..
