funkster Posted June 28, 2024 Posted June 28, 2024 (edited) Quick question I've got Simapp working just fine for multiple devices including keybinds etc however I would like to clarify how the Key binding in Simapp pro actually works. i.e. Do you need to select the module / click run every time? What actually happens when you click run on a keybind profile? i.e. does it update the relevant DCS planes keybinds LUA and therefore is then saved? (i.e the LUA in the input folders in saved games) Depending on above -Do you need to exit DCS to load a new Keybinding if you change planes? Edited June 28, 2024 by funkster
Toro Posted August 25, 2024 Posted August 25, 2024 I dont think so. I think all it does is download a binding file and substitutes the games one for the one you just created/run. I've just tried this on the A10C. I've never not had SimAppPro running though. And yes, you need to exit DCS to load a new keybinding but not if you change planes. 1 Quest Pro + Ryzen 5700x + Nvidia 3090 + 64GB RAM WW F16EX Stick + WW F15EX Throttle + 2x TM MFD + ICP Replica + BBJ Buttonbox F16C & F15E & A10 C2 & FC3 + CAU & NTTR & PG & SYR & MAR
