Controlling the pilot from the cp/g seat

While in the cp/g seat I give orders to the pilot to move the helicopter. But the pilot doesn't care any obstacles. I can go to zero height with full speed and of course - crashing. The pilot should avoid following stupid suicide commands.

Also

I would be great to give special orders to the pilot, like

"fly NOE" and avoid trees and buildings

"take cover", hover mode at lowest height

"follow target" follow a locked target, e.g. enemy helicopter
