[2.9.5.55918 MT] Missing TACAN keybinds

The TACAN Channel (xx0x) - [Next] and TACAN Channel (xxx0) - [Dec]/[Inc]/[Next] keybinds are missing both for the pilot and the WSO.

Thanks, this is known.
It is because the tacan panel was created so early on that it didn't yet support our new keybind system yet. we would first need to port it over. which will likely be done eventually, but might still take a bit. cheers
