Seasoned, mature player looking for regular group to fly with

I've been playing DCS regularly for approximately 2 years now and consistently fly the F/A-18C and F-16C with complete Sim Pits for both with both VR and TrackIR.

I've been playing flight sims as far back as 1992.  I have fiber connectivity and I'm located in SoCal PDT.  I'm a Navy Vet SAR Swimmer.

Yes, that shouldn't be a problem for me at all.  I work from home mostly unless there is meetings, but I have control of my schedule.

We work with a lot of military people and we fly realistic to their standards.  We take the flying side to a high level, but we don't take ourselves serious.  If you are looking for the challenge of team work, we work with IRL JTAC's, IRL AIC's, and IRL CATCC professionals.  We are looking for people willing to learn and dedicate the time to become proficient in all the skills needed to meet mission challenges with teamwork.
