controls menu locks dcs up completely

iv always had issues with the controls menu being VERY laggy, ie it can lock up for several seconds. since this patch i can barely get it to work at all, it hangs for over a minute at a time. also dcs no longer sees my throttle for some reason, this patch has been hilariously bad for multiple issues
