In trying to add a command line to the DCS MT shortcut, I get the following error message ?   I once had OpenXR running properly, but since the installation of MSFS2020 and Steam VR, I cant seem to get back to OpenXR for DCS ( My VR HMD is no longer recognized ? ). Any help is appreciated.

You don't need to add the OXR command any longer, DCS natively supports OpenXR. So just point it at bin-mt\DCS.exe

Also try without the —force_enableVR extension. Read somewhere else, that it causes issues since you can now decide in the launcher if you want 2D or VR.

Oh yea, I did mean both. Just point to bin-mt\dcs.exe
