Shack Posted July 15, 2024 Posted July 15, 2024 In trying to add a command line to the DCS MT shortcut, I get the following error message ? I once had OpenXR running properly, but since the installation of MSFS2020 and Steam VR, I cant seem to get back to OpenXR for DCS ( My VR HMD is no longer recognized ? ). Any help is appreciated. Intel i9 14900K @5.5 MHz, 64GB DDR 5 RAM at 6000 MHz, RTX4090, Pimax Crystal HMD, HOTAS: Winwing F16EX / Orion 2 Throttle base / Top Gun MIP / F-16 ICP setup. Maddaawg Posted July 16, 2024 Posted July 16, 2024 You don't need to add the OXR command any longer, DCS natively supports OpenXR. So just point it at bin-mt\DCS.exe Meta Quest 3, AMD 9800x3D, EVGA 3080Ti FTW3, Corsair 2x32GB DDR5 6000, ASUS ROG Strix X870E-E Gaming, Samsung 990 Pro 2TB M2 NVME Windows 11 Drive, Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2TB M2 NVME Game Drive
Phantom711 Posted July 16, 2024 Posted July 16, 2024 Also try without the —force_enableVR extension. Read somewhere else, that it causes issues since you can now decide in the launcher if you want 2D or VR. vCVW-17 is looking for Hornet and Tomcat pilots and RIOs. Join the vCVW-17 Discord.

Just point to bin-mt\dcs.exe Meta Quest 3, AMD 9800x3D, EVGA 3080Ti FTW3, Corsair 2x32GB DDR5 6000, ASUS ROG Strix X870E-E Gaming, Samsung 990 Pro 2TB M2 NVME Windows 11 Drive, Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2TB M2 NVME Game Drive
