TSD / moving map - meaning of "rectangle / box" (solid line)?

I'm back to the Apache and have forgotten the meaning of this rectangle / box that may appear at the TSD (solid line, please see attached screenshot). Any ideas?  Thanks!

It’s just the Display for your radar and laser warning receiver. Basically you ASE page integrated into the TSD.

Like TheGhostOfDefi said, the box will appear when there are RLWR pings detected, and the icons of the radar/laser sources will appear around the perimeter of the box.

A pic from page 511 of the manual shows the same threats on both the ASE page and the TSD page:
