I recently had a complete hard drive failure. I have e-mailed customer support twice. Once on 05-05-09 and again 05-09-09 with no response.

 

I have supplied my Transaction ID and all information I have from my purchase. I am trying to re-activate my Black Shark program...

Black Shark is now back up and working A-OK.
