How to get an ai huey to open its doors a few seconds after it lands

I have a flag turning on when an Ai Huey (Group name is 'C-CHEVY Flight Ai') lands in a small zone. Then I have a "Time since flag" trigger that I hoped use to trigger a "Triggered Actions"    "Perform Command" + "Run Script" The script I came up with was      "local theGroup =  'C-CHEVY Flight Ai'
trigger.action. ID: 10 Command: 3035 value_down = 1.0"  I hoped this would open the huey door but my talent in Lua is sorely lacking.  Any help would be most humbly appreciated.
