Hatzerim AB missing northern hangars/mismodelled

The hangars in the northern part of Hatzerim are either missing or are mismodelled.
1. On the left there should be dugout hangars for the F-16I, on the top there should be hangars for the F-15E/I and on the right there should be dugout hangars for the F-16I. There are also quite a lot of taxiways missing

This was fixed partially 3 patches ago.

The thing that is still a problem is that the F-16 hangars on the left side are still just roads in the game.

I also cannot place F-15E/I in ramps 102-105 in that northern section. I can only place F-15's on ramps 100-101 and 106-107.
