CTD launch mission with F4-E (DCS V.2.9.7.58923)

Hello everyone since yesterday after the last update (2.9.7.58923), I have a CDT with the F4-E, immediately when launching an instant mission.
I am with DCS MT (reshade) via STEAM.

I have no problem with the other DLCs: F-14, M2000, MF1 (E,C,B), Mig29.

Multiple steam users reported CTD since the last patch and it appears its because the steam DCS isnt correctly managed to update the C++ redistributables.
