Nevatim Parking spots 8-22 cannot accommodate large aircraft

Nevatim Parking 8-22 cannot accommodate large aircraft. The spots are supposed to be able to accommodate C-130's, KC130's or KC135's. They currently cannot accommodate any. All the spots from 1-23 can only accommodate 5 large aircraft. This is far smaller than what should be able to be accommodated on the ramp.
