Multi-Crew radio menu use

Just wondering if this behavior is intended.

If I'm on a MP server flying solo, I can access the comms menu (trying to get to F10 options) from either seat.

However if I am sitting CPG in a multi-crew bird, I cannot access the comms menu at all. It appears to be reserved for pilot only.

Intended? User error?
