Cargo Transportation task only works with some AI helicopters

I've noticed that the cargo transportation task does not work with AI helicopters that can be optionally player-controlled such as the UH-1H.  The helicopter will just hover infinitely over the cargo.  I've also tried with the CH-47F, Ka-50, and Mi-8.

For AI helicopters that can't be player-controlled such as the UH-60 or CH-47D, the task works fine.
