F4 not enabled after EVERY update

Need help, every single update since i bought the F4 Phantom the F4 is not accessible And it takes me weeks to figure out the problem.  2 weeks ago my F4 was operational, now its not again. i have several hundreds dollars invested in DCS and its really getting annoying that every month or 2 i cant fly my F4. I'm not a computer expert so  i struggle trying to fix problems, im really thinking of just giving in and going to BMS. Any help would be appreciated. My DCS is on Steam.

Do you have anti-virus (AV) software on your computer that is blocking parts of DCS?  It sounds like with each update you are getting aspects of it blocked by your AV software.  There is some AV which will report a file of a module as being unsafe and will quarantine and block the offending file.

You can access your AV and see what it is blocking or what it has quarantined. If it's the DCS file in question, unblocking it should restore function of the module again.
