PercyG Posted August 21, 2024 Posted August 21, 2024 After searching the forum, youtube, reddit etc I saw no mention of this. I tried a few of the smaller count rocket pods and they fire way right, even when trimmed up and no slip. 19 count fire straight and true. Why go with 7 when you can have 19 you may ask? Many more options including HEAT, which for DCS stock damage model maybe doesn't matter but I wanted to put this here if some new pilot made the same mistake. Maybe saves them some sanity knowing to just forget the 7 count and stick with 19. 2 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- HW: 5800x3d, 7900xtx, 32GB DDR4 Ram @ 3600MHz, Pimax Crystal Light Modules: MiG-21, A-10C, Bf-109, P-51, FC3, F-14B, F-16, F-4
TBarina Posted September 13, 2024 Posted September 13, 2024 Hi even the same problem with 7-count rocket pods. They fire aside. Is it a new bug, I suppose... In the past releases it didn't happen. Ryzen 7 5800X3D, MSI RTX 4090, 64GB DRAM, 2 x 1TB SSD, Triple Monitor 1920x1080p, Win11-Home
Moezilla Posted September 13, 2024 Posted September 13, 2024 It is a reported issue that I'm told has been fixed in an internal build, so it should make it into the next patch.
PercyG Posted September 24, 2024 Author Posted September 24, 2024 Good, will check on the next patch and mark as solved if all good.
