Rudder Deflection for AI is Wrong

I just watched a number of AI planes taxi for take off and the F-4E was the only one that the rudder deflection on the vertical stabilizer was in the opposite direction, i.e. when plane was turning right, deflection was to the left. Should be a simple thing to fix.

Thank you for the report, it's one of these bugs that seem easy but in practice are a bit annoying to solve, anyway it's on our list
