Ejection seat altitude from zero alt zero speed is worriesome

The ejection seats barely clear the aircraft when commanded to eject from zero alt zero speed. I am also curious what model ejection seats our F-4E have.

F-4's had either the Martin Baker Mk. H-5 or MK H-7, I'm not sure which is modelled by Heatblur (may even be another seat type altogether).  The H-5 requires a minimum of 115kts speed on the ground and the H-7 a minimum of 0 knots... and that is about where my knowledge ends on the matter.  If it's a H-7 it should give you more clearance I imagine, if it's a H-5 it might make more sense in the picture to have the lacklustre ejection at 0 knots of airspeed.
