investigating Aircraft State Not Reproduced on Trackfile Start

I was creating a bug report on something else, using the F-18 AIM-9X practice mission. When starting this mission, the AIM-9 is selected on mission start.

This is not the case in the track file, meaning several of my actions were not appropriately reproduced.
