Gunnergolly Posted September 16, 2024 Posted September 16, 2024 (edited) Recently bought an Orion 2 Base and F-16 stick with shaker. Vibration is working fine in game when using "Default" mode, but i'm wanting to change some parameters more to my liking. However when i select "advanced" mode the "cloud files" are not populating and i am unable to create a "New profile".... i also no longer have any vibration in game. Switch back to "default" mode and vibration works again. Using the latest SimApp version, anybody else having this issue in "advanced" mode ??? Rac3rX Posted September 18, 2024 Posted September 18, 2024 I'm having this exact issue. I deleted and reinstalled simappPRO about 3 times today, to see if it was just a corrupted update. Only the cloud for 'key binding' seems to work.

Gunnergolly Posted September 18, 2024 Author Posted September 18, 2024 (edited) Thanks for your replies, i have been in contact with customer support via chat, the guy did his best to help but eventually ran out of ideas.... I'll contact them again to let them know that there is an issue with SimApp. Like you say the keybinding tab is able to contact the server and download user profiles ok, so it's not an issue with my anti virus software blocking access or my connection. Rac3rX Posted September 18, 2024 Posted September 18, 2024 I also tried running an older version (from April). It shows a red exclamation in place of the refresh icon... so no dice
Gunnergolly Posted September 19, 2024 Author Posted September 19, 2024 Reported to customer support yesterday and just received a SimApp update today ..... it appears to be working now ... Not had a chance to play around with it yet ..... thankyou WinWing... 1 Win 11 Home 64Bit, i7-13700K@5.2Ghz Water Cooled, 32 Gb RAM, PNY RTX4090, Pimax Crystal, Quest Pro, Realsimulator FSSB R3 ULTRA, Virpil/Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS combo, MFG Crosswind Pedals.
rob10 Posted September 19, 2024 Posted September 19, 2024 As much as WW support isn't perfect, they do seem to manage to push fixes in SimAppPro pretty promptly. 2
Rac3rX Posted September 22, 2024 Posted September 22, 2024 (edited) So, the vibration page now connects to the cloud, and you can select the profile to activate, but nothing seems to take. I turned on the boundary vibration (MFSSB), to make sure the motors weren't dead, and it works for that alone. None of the vibration profiles seem to work in DCS *Nevermind, I just had to restore the backup LUA from a much earlier date. The vibration is working now Edited September 22, 2024 by Rac3rX
