Ships not appearing in game?

I'm noticing after the latest update that my ships are now not appearing in game. They will be in the ME and will look perfectly fine and then nothing shows up. I've attached a couple sample missions where this has happened. I tried running a slow repair and it didn't work. I can't even place a ship in a new mission and have it show up in game.

I have several naval-oriented missions and the supercarrier, for example, is still present on the map as well as in the mission.  I just tried to insert the supercarrier into all of the available maps had no difficulties.  Not sure what your specific issue might be.  Will keep looking... .  Hope that helps.

Check your mods, i  tried your mission, I had the same issue, disabled mods and it started working
