Loading Screen Black: When going to enter a flight

When creating a mission and going to fly when the game loads if gives me a black screen with no indication of loading or loading screen. But within a couple of seconds the game actual loads fine

 

anyone have this issue?

well someone had a similar issue and I can say that this is normal. do you use openXR?

I get the same thing scared me at first thinking DCS had crashed.

Did you ever have it where your game closes/minimizes then opens back up and loads fine

yes I use virtual desktop.   I have not had the game close/minimize during play
