[DCS issue] No ATC coms with humain WSO

Hi, are you having any communication issues with the F-4E with two players on the plane? We are at the beginning of the training and it is impossible to contact the control tower. No problem making contact with the tankers.
Alone in the F4-E the ATC contact is ok.

Multiplayer on a dedicated server? Then yes, this problem has been there for a few months now, ATC doesn't reply. It's a bug introduced by ED. SP works fine.
