digitalJE5U5 Posted May 31, 2009 Posted May 31, 2009 Hope this is the right forum for this question. Would like to take the next step with my "cockpit" setup and go for 3 monitors. Currently, I have a 30" apple cinema display as my primary - 2560x1600. I have a second cinema display (20") and would like to add another 20" cinema display. The concern is that I dont want to have to gimp my primary monitors resolution to match the 2x 20inchers which are only capable of 1920x1600? Going for a semi circle display then maybe add a 15 incher later for a weapons display. Any guidance before I sink more $$ into this? Thanks!
CyBerkut Posted June 2, 2009 Posted June 2, 2009 Yes. I was just reading over in the SoftTH discussion forums that some were using a 30 inch monitor in the center, with a 20 inch monitor on each side in portrait mode. http://www.kegetys.net/forum/index.php?topic=1108.0 This approach requires SoftTH as opposed to using a Matrox TripleHead2Go, since the Matrox unit requires that all three of the monitors be the same resolution. What operating system(s) are you using? What do you have for video card(s)? [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] There's no place like 127.0.0.1

CyBerkut Posted June 2, 2009 Posted June 2, 2009 That certainly sounds like it could get the job done. :) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] There's no place like 127.0.0.1
