I would like to ask if there is any way/mod in order to create destroyed buildings from bombing from the start of a mission?

Something like this? Add static structures and check "DEAD" box on the right.

Or are you looking for something more complex?

You can also generally wreck the place with destruction zones, although they have a history of being a bit unreliable and wonky.
