Forum Feature Request: Ignore Topic & Tweak to Ignore User Function

Hey there...

If the forum writers are tinkering around at some stage to enhance the forum, it'd be great if we could have the option to "Ignore Topic", so topics that we aren't interested in don't keep appearing in the unread/new section.

Also - it would be great if topics started by users on our ignore list don't show up in those results as well.
