Bigity Posted November 8, 2024 Posted November 8, 2024 Any tricks to the GB6 I might be missing? They seem to release the submunitions a bit off from the tpod designation. Issue with pod? Release parameters?
antiload Posted November 8, 2024 Posted November 8, 2024 Submunitions can be effected by wind. Try a test without any wind. In other aircraft you get WCM (wind correcting munitions) and radar homing submunitions. It may be down to that. Otherwise it could be a core miscalculation bug.
Bigity Posted November 8, 2024 Author Posted November 8, 2024 I’ll try a lower burst altitude or something and see if that accounts for submunition drift 1
Dr_Pavelheer Posted November 10, 2024 Posted November 10, 2024 Make sure SATNAV is set to unrestricted in game/mission settings

I find conflicting reports It shouldn't if mission is set up properly. If your bombs are still missing in a mission with no wind then it's gps/navigation problem, if it hits with no wind but misses with wind then it's the bug linked above. tekwoj Posted November 19, 2024 Posted November 19, 2024 I've been doing cold starts with SH since forever and I've never had an issue with gb6 accuracy
