After weeks of testing (and nearly giving up on checking my six in DCS in VR)..(consistantly)..I have a solution that works for me with Pimax Crystal,DCS and Necksafer !

What you Need !  ..Pimax Crystal..Pimax Controller(I think its called Sword)...Necksafer Installed and (important) set a Centre button in the neckesafer GUI....NOT CENTRE VR IN DCS!
Instructions : (1) Run pimax Play . (Headset is On ?). (2) Run Necksafer App. (3) Run DCS ....Wait till DCS menu screen is loaded . (4) Press DCS "Centre VR" Key .(5)..Press and Hold PI Button (until circle is complete) on Pimax Controller !( PS, Try Not to move your Head)...(6) Press Necksafer "center" button !
Hope this helps . j

It's not the Sword, it's the default controller.

Holding Pi button is the quick recenter for all scenario.

Calvin, you seem to be very good at offering advice "After" the Fact ! ...Default Controller , Sword, you are playing Semantics ! Call it what you will !...I am trying to help DCS Players using Necksafer....."Holding Pi Button is quick recenter for All Scenerio" ???? .. CAN YOU SHOW ME THAT IN PIMAX PLAY ???

Thank you for that.

I had the same problems but could solve them with doing all the Room settings sitting in my Flight rig. That fixed all the issues.

Nice to know there is an easy way to do the same without doing all the room setting stuff.  👍

I just want to ensure that the user hasn’t confused the controller models. The Sword controller requires base stations and doesn’t have a ‘Pi’ button.

I don’t mean to sound condescending, and I’m not a seasoned DCS player myself. I’m simply trying to provide as much help as I can to our user.

I now have an issue with Necksafer (for openXR) messing up my quadviews. It was working fine last time I played (about two months ago). I've tried with both APIs in the top of the list. With Necksafer off, quadviews works perfectly but with it on the quadview window doesn't follow my focus past 45 degrees. The wings and everything behind are seeing the low-rez area outside of the hi-rez box. Only thing different is I updated the game to the current version.

Anyone got any ideas? I asked Chat-GPT, wasn't much help. Lol.
