Why can´t people from Norway buy Pimax gear anymore?

Last year I bought a Pimax Crystal, with headtracking and everything. Very expensive. But it was sent from the Pimax store in China to Norway where I live. Today I wanted to buy a DMAS headphones and comfort headstrap for a Crystal Light that I also have bought. But, it is now impossible to choose Norway as country when ordering. I sent a complaint through chat on the Pimax webpage. Here´s how the chat went :

 

ME:  When ordering an item, and when I get to the shopping cart and click check out, I can not choose Norway as delivery region/country. I have an account in Pimax and have ordered from you before with no problem. But this time I can not choose Norway as a country of delivery. It is not on the drop down list of countries/regions. 🙂

Yeah, Norway is not on the list... I already know that, and that is why told the, So.. plain and simple. No explanation? No way to fix this?? I can of course see that Norway is not on the list. That is why I wrote to Pimax. Yuck. 

Calvin! I want to buy DMAS headphones to my Crystal Light, I want to buy top comfort headstrap.. but no.. This is just silly. No reason to remove Norway. And what about my account? I can actually pay for things with my Visa it seems. So Pimax can get my money. But I can not choose Norway as country/region of delivery. 😞

Ok. What I found strange was that they sold to Norway before. 
 

And they actually have established a partnership with a Norwegian web store that sells their Crystal and Crystal Light headsets, but they don’t sell accessories. And I can’t pre order the coming Crystal Super there either. 
 

To customer supports credit they did actually give me a more proper answer later. So, that is an improvement. But, I would still like to order accessories from them and I might even preorder Crystal Super. Or wait. 
Anyway, my outburst about not receiving a proper answer is not valid anymore. I just don’t like it 🙂

MSI Tomahawk X570 Mobo, Ryzen 5600X undervolted on Artic Freezer E34 Cooler, RTX3080 FE, 32GB (2x16GB Dual Ranked) GSkil 3600 CL16 Trident Neo RAM, 2X 4th Gen M2 SSDs, Corsair RM850x PSU, Lancool 215 Case. 

Gear: MFG Crosswinds, Warthog Throttle, Virpil T50CM gen 1 stick, TIR5, Cougar MFD (OOA), D-link H7/B powered USB 2.0 Hub all strapped to a butchered Wheel stand pro, Cushion to bang head on, wall to scream at.

Pimax needs to look for a new after sales support center. Once they find one, shipping to these missing countries will be addressed again.


Which kinda makes sense. But they already have partnership with the online store PROSHOP.NO in Norway that sells their VR headset, but not their accessories. So I can buy their expensive headset in Norway from their partner here, but they can’t ship me a single frigging head strap because of lack of after sales support senter….

Oh well. I already have two expensive headsets from them seemingly now without any after sales support? They partnered up with a Norwegian web shop to sell them. This doesn’t make much sense to me. 
 

Calvin himself confirmed in chat with me here that PROSHOP.no indeed was a partner with Pimax.

We do offer after-sales support, but you will need to ship the headset to Sweden or another EU retailer, as there are no local after-sales services available. This will significantly increase both the cost and the time required for any replacement, repair, or return.

However, we are actively working on a solution and hope to have this issue resolved before the Super begins shipping.
