To DCS chaps,

Im having some trouble with my download copy of dcs (I actualy bought the boxed version later when it came out as well as a backup) that Ive emailed you about, now its quite possible that I have stuffed it up myself, but as Im now down to only 4 activations remaining can someone from DCS please PM me on here or reply to my email so can try and sort this out, as I realy miss my nightly session of helicopterbourne combat (I try flying in FSX to make up for it but miss the explossions to much :) )

All the best LB

Detail your problem, your system, your driver/OS combo, your peripherals and anything else that might be remotely relevant in a thread up there. Also, do read the stickies in there to find out how to help us help you - a lot of times we find ourselves having to ask for very basic system information which delays any possible help. There are a lot of things that to the uninitiated can look really weird but that will be very easy to solve up there since we've seen most issues that DCS can have.

The Problems & Bugs section has a lot of friendly people with experience that can walk you through troubleshooting your install. No need to waste activations or wait for e-mails from people that are extremely busy.

Sound advice, but given that I now suspect there is an issue with my reg(and for the record I dont think having to ask the simulation's community for help and adivce qualifies as product support, although I could be wrong), I realy would like to talk (even via email or pm) to somone from DCS about it. Is that realy so much to ask ?

Thanks for taking the trouble to reply, ive got a day off soon, so if I've not heard from them by then Ill search through the other posts.

Your choice, but what I'm saying is that I don't think you have anything to lose by elaborating on your problem over there. It might be simpler to solve than it looks.
