Nitro_74 Posted June 24, 2009 Posted June 24, 2009 I'm pretty well set with a profile for my new X52, but I've run into a snag that I can't figure out. I'm trying to map the Release Weapon command (R Alt + Space) and Laser Stand-by On/Off command (R Shift + O). When I press the respective key strokes in the programmer window, however, it won't recognize the R Alt and R Shift (and R Ctrl for that matter). Is there a setting I can adjust somewhere that allows the programmer to recognize these key strokes? EinsteinEP Posted June 24, 2009 Posted June 24, 2009 The latest version of the profile tools differentiates between left and right modifier keys. I think it's still labeled "beta". I have the utility and it works great with Black Shark. Shoot to Kill. Play to Have Fun.
Nitro_74 Posted June 25, 2009 Author Posted June 25, 2009 Thanks. I'm currently using Driver Version: 6.0.4.1 Software Version: 6.0.10.7 Are these the same you're using? Nitro_74 Posted June 25, 2009 Author Posted June 25, 2009 Hmmm, well, I just tried it again and it will recognize the R Alt and R Ctrl, but when I try the R Shift, it doesn't recognize the key stroke at all. So, I have two out of the three working now. Any ideas about the right Shift key? Weta43 Posted June 25, 2009 Posted June 25, 2009 Have you tried just creating a profile from directly inside BS using the x52? Cheers.

bumfire Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 I had the same problem with saitek profiler before, it just wouldnt recognise shift and alt keys no matter what I did, in the end I saved the profile that I had and then uninstalled and reinstalled the profiling software and it worked perfectly from then on.
