[2.9.10.4160] Navigation points set in ME not transferring to cockpit

Run the attached mission created fresh in 2.9.10.4160 in single-player. Upon spawn, the navigation points set in the mission editor will not be present in the Jester wheel ("No points in flight plan").

I cannot seem to recall this issue in any previous versions of the module.
