Plesa helpme with JTAG ground

Hello, I kindly ask for help to understand where the error is. I did a simple mission with jtag on the ground but it does not laser the target, the message clared to engage appears, I think the problem is mark 0 but I do not know how to solve it, I also post the mission that to speed up I put in active pause and send only the radio messages

Thank I solved it with anorher armor ( APC M 133 ).

it was not the vehicle... 
always check if a JTAC unit (inf or vehicle) has a clear view to the target. Otherwise the unit will not lase.
