[2.9.10.4160] No WRCS OUT light despite TGT FIND HOLD selection in back seat

According to the RL 34-1-1, the HOLD position of the TGT FIND switch in the back seat prevents the TDS from being integrated with the WRCS and illuminates the WRCS OUT light.

In the game, the WRCS OUT light does not illuminate when the TGT find switch is set to HOLD and e.g. WRCS acquisition mode works normally.
