Terrain shadows are calculated badly

June, in the evening, clear weather, sun is still slightly above the horizon

First picture:
The terrain shadow is visible to the far right of the ridge line, but not visble starting at the ridge line, but it should.
Second picture:
The camera was moved downwards to show that the lighted area should be in shadow, because the sun is now under the ridge line.
