Request for tool : Offline "Route tool"

Hello !

Would someone know if a tool exist that can create preset lua files for the internal new route tool of DCS ?

Sometimes, I would like to prepare in advance my WP and fly plan buy without the need to start the game, create a new mission, launch a multiplayer server, put the wp and save. Or I would like to use specific and precise MGRS coordinates.

I tried to check the current lua file format but it does use X/Y coordinates and not MGRS and so it's difficult to manually edit the lua file.

If this kind of tool does not exist, if someone can create it, he/she will be my hero forever
