Ben Gurion International Airport doesn't have any runway or taxiway centerline lights.

Israel's official AIP says all three runways (six directions) have centerline lights.
They are white and in their ends area red seen from the center.

Main taxiways and high-speed exit ways have green centerline lights.
TWY K, L, N, S, R and W are referred.

Green lines in the screenshot are I draw to show you which TWY missing.

AIP text doesn't refer TWY E about centerline lights equipped, but detailed diagram looks like also E has them.
If so, E and E2 / E5 are added on my graph.
