Triggerhappy69
The wierdest thing..! After the MP has started and approx at the list of servers screen I loose internet.. Sometimes after I have managed to decide what server to log onto, and sometimes even before it manages to get the list of servers. And as soon as I shut down Multiplayer and I get back to the desktop, the internet comes back..! .... It's safe to say that this i bugging the h*ll out of me..! Have to the best of my knowlegde opened the right ports in Win7 and the router. And MP works just fine when I run it from the same PC in WinXP..? "But (504)Brewber said they were'nt friendly.. Panzertard
Uhm, eh .. Im puzzled - you've played online with us a quite few times already. What changed? When did it change? What did YOU change? :P Besides that - Event Viewer - Application and System - we need to look for an indication on whats going on. Look for Events (info related) about "network changes / interface changes" as well as any Error. The mind is like a parachute. Triggerhappy69
I never managed to play online with Win7, so I had to run it from XP when playing with you.. But it's quite clear that it runs SOOOO much smoother in Win7.. I'll take a look at the event viewer ASAP and get back to you mate.. Thnx! "But (504)Brewber said they were'nt friendly.. You know how to phone me now - abuse it :) EDIT: I've spoken to Triggerhappy - the case was solved when he reinstalled DCS:BS in a different location and Windows 7 was able to re-add port openings etc as expected.
