Our group has been established recently and is still in the formation phase, with a currently small number of members..
From a roleplay perspective, JTF 323 is an independent aviation unit operating under the covert support of the United States and NATO member states. The unit is deployed in conflicts where direct involvement by these nations is politically or strategically unfeasible, enabling discreet yet effective operational engagement.

Training time: Wednesday 20:30Z (21:30Z summer)
Sortie time: Thursday or Friday 20:30Z (21:30Z summer)

- self study and train alone if needed to become better
- maintain a Training Readiness Matrix for our pilots
- plan our sorties
- debrief our sorties
- follow real life inspired procedures (Airfield visual circuit, Cyclic Naval Ops, Carrier qualification)
