JTF-323 Recruitment (On Hold!)

Update: Recruitment for JTF-323 is currently on hold until mid-January 2026. During this period, we will continue to accept applications and conduct preliminary vetting of prospective recruits in preparation for the Q1 2026 intake cycle.

Our group has been established recently and is still in the formation phase, with a currently small number of members..
From a roleplay perspective, JTF 323 is an independent aviation unit operating under the covert support of the United States and NATO member states. The unit is deployed in conflicts where direct involvement by these nations is politically or strategically unfeasible, enabling discreet yet effective operational engagement.

- maintain a Training Readiness Matrix for our pilots
- plan our sorties
- debrief our sorties
- follow real life inspired procedures (Airfield visual circuit, Cyclic Naval Ops, Carrier qualification)
