On January 14, 1990, the Anti-Aircraft Directorate moved from its building in the Al-Kasra complex to the Air Force complex.

According on the native‘s wording, The Building of Iraqi Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy is used for the Iraqi Air Force HQ Building before 2003. Two of this building is being recover after Iraq War.

New Iraqi Air Force Headquarters, Baghdad

This building complex is also belongs to the Iraqi Air Force Headquarters.Nowadays,this place is called Ministry of Trade.

Like what the Facebook user "قصور عراقية"said that,وأصبحت وزارة الكهرباء والتجارة(It became the Ministry of Electricity and Trade).

nullThere are also two bunkers - or at least they look like standard Iraqi trapezoid bunkers. Attached Image is circa 2002 - No blocks of flats present to East, Southeast.

It appears on the Picture from the 1991, but it doens't appear on the 2025.

Yes - I have noticed. This is why I am mostly using Google Earth Pro set to year 2002 (for Baghdad as other locations in Iraq are often not available as far back)

Here is same location in 2002:

Additionally in 1991 - there should be whole airbase immediately to the north - Muthenna Airbase - it was however totally destroyed during Desert Storm and Iraq decided to get rid of it. You can still see where the runway was in 2002 but that's about it. In our DCS map it is empty space with the new block of flats build recently. 
Not sure if ED will be able ever recreate the base - I couldn't find any aerial photos of it anywhere unfortunately.
