No miles with F-4E purchase

Hi there,

Apologies if I'm missing something obvious here....

I purchased the F-4E back in December '24 when it launched.

I didn't use ED miles for the transaction - I'd already spent them all!

I haven't logged in to my ED account since then but when I looked at my account just now I notice the purchase is not appearing on my 'Miles history' page and I have not received any miles for the purchase?

Surely there are miles when you purchase a module in early access or has that changed?

Most 3rd parties are not part of the Miles program. Heatblur is not.

Looking back at my miles history I see I received miles for the purchase of the M2000 and the  C-101 Aviojet???

Just kidding. I wasn't entirely correct. Had a look in the EStore. Almost all campaigns have been taken out of the Miles program, except for EDs and a few from creators that haven't made one in years. Makes sense as I spend most Miles on campaigns.
Flyable modules and terrain from 3rd parties, that were part of the Miles program, are still inn. While the most recent ones are not Like Kiowa, F-4E, F-15E, Kola and Sinai. We new well ahead before pre-orders and release, that they would not be in it. I assume no more modules from 3rd parties will be.

Final comment. Seems to me all campaigns that are in the Miles program are made by ED.

I thought ED Miles could be used for the Kola map?? Doesnt seem to be a USE MILES option in the "Complete Order" shopping cart. Even though I got this answer to my inquiry:

 

'Yes, you can use ED Miles to purchase the KOLA Map. If you have accumulated ED Miles, you can apply them during the checkout process by clicking on the "USE MILES" button. However, please note that if you use any ED Miles for the purchase, you will not earn new miles for that transaction.'

You can't. It's not participating in the Miles program. South Atlantic is.

That's factually incorrect. Where did you find it? Support should be notified.

You'll probably get that answer for all modules. Anyway, it's right on the store page for all modules. Beneath the price, if it mention Miles, you get/can spend Miles. If not, you don't/can't.

Thanks- I must have just happened to always make purchases before ,that qualified to use ED Miles.

Curious that ED would have a chat bot that gives out incorrect information.I would have made different choices perhaps.

But still, the Kola discount is great.
