ratherbegliding Posted January 25 Posted January 25 Hi there, Apologies if I'm missing something obvious here.... I purchased the F-4E back in December '24 when it launched. I didn't use ED miles for the transaction - I'd already spent them all! I haven't logged in to my ED account since then but when I looked at my account just now I notice the purchase is not appearing on my 'Miles history' page and I have not received any miles for the purchase? Surely there are miles when you purchase a module in early access or has that changed? Thanks RBG ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Intel i5 / 16gb RAM / Nvidia GeForce 1080Ti / Viewsonic 28" monitor / TM Warthog / TM Elite rudder pedals / TrackIR5 First flight sim: Psion 'Flight Simulator' (ZX Spectrum 48k)

ratherbegliding Posted January 26 Author Posted January 26 Really? I was not aware. Looking back at my miles history I see I received miles for the purchase of the M2000 and the C-101 Aviojet??? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Intel i5 / 16gb RAM / Nvidia GeForce 1080Ti / Viewsonic 28" monitor / TM Warthog / TM Elite rudder pedals / TrackIR5 First flight sim: Psion 'Flight Simulator' (ZX Spectrum 48k)
MAXsenna Posted January 26 Posted January 26 Really? I was not aware. Looking back at my miles history I see I received miles for the purchase of the M2000 and the C-101 Aviojet??? And when was that? Just kidding. I wasn't entirely correct. Had a look in the EStore. Almost all campaigns have been taken out of the Miles program, except for EDs and a few from creators that haven't made one in years. Makes sense as I spend most Miles on campaigns. Flyable modules and terrain from 3rd parties, that were part of the Miles program, are still inn. While the most recent ones are not Like Kiowa, F-4E, F-15E, Kola and Sinai. We new well ahead before pre-orders and release, that they would not be in it. I assume no more modules from 3rd parties will be.Cheers! Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
ratherbegliding Posted January 28 Author Posted January 28 Thanks for clarifying that. Will bear it in mind in the future. 1 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Intel i5 / 16gb RAM / Nvidia GeForce 1080Ti / Viewsonic 28" monitor / TM Warthog / TM Elite rudder pedals / TrackIR5 First flight sim: Psion 'Flight Simulator' (ZX Spectrum 48k)
MAXsenna Posted January 28 Posted January 28 Thanks for clarifying that. Will bear it in mind in the future. Final comment. Seems to me all campaigns that are in the Miles program are made by ED. Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk

Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk I thought ED Miles could be used for the Kola map?? Doesnt seem to be a USE MILES option in the "Complete Order" shopping cart. Even though I got this answer to my inquiry: 'Yes, you can use ED Miles to purchase the KOLA Map. If you have accumulated ED Miles, you can apply them during the checkout process by clicking on the "USE MILES" button. However, please note that if you use any ED Miles for the purchase, you will not earn new miles for that transaction.' ??? South Atlantic is. 36 minutes ago, _JMax said: 'Yes, you can use ED Miles to purchase the KOLA Map. _JMax Posted January 29 Posted January 29 Got that from the chat bot/assistant..... Intel I7 13700KF 48GB DDR4 GeForce 4070 Ti 2x1000GB SSD Quest 3 MSI 3440x1440@100hz. VKB Stecs VKB Gladiator EVO G502
MAXsenna Posted January 29 Posted January 29 Got that from the chat bot/assistant.....You'll probably get that answer for all modules. Anyway, it's right on the store page for all modules. Beneath the price, if it mention Miles, you get/can spend Miles. If not, you don't/can't. Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk
_JMax Posted January 29 Posted January 29 Thanks- I must have just happened to always make purchases before ,that qualified to use ED Miles. Curious that ED would have a chat bot that gives out incorrect information.I would have made different choices perhaps. But still, the Kola discount is great. 1 Intel I7 13700KF 48GB DDR4 GeForce 4070 Ti 2x1000GB SSD Quest 3 MSI 3440x1440@100hz. VKB Stecs VKB Gladiator EVO G502
