[2.9.11.4686] Flight director commands unwarranted climb during ILS approaches

Observe the attached screenshot:

It can be seen that the aircraft is established on the localizer and GS for an ILS approach into OISS. Not seen (but inferable from the ASI and VSI, scenario has no wind) is that the aircraft is also stable without a marked trend to go below or above the GS.

Note that the flight director commands an unwarranted climb to above the GS.

This is likely related to the below issue which also features a horizontal FD bar above where it should be:

It is possible that this is an (undocumented?) feature since the FD vertical commands seem to improve in accuracy as AoA is increased to the 19.2 units optimum, that is, the horizontal bar MIGHT take into account AoA by design, or this might be totally coincidental.

I tend to assume the latter since the FD command would then be incorrect during approaches intentionally flown at different AoA, such as no-flap or formation approaches.
