KIO-WA clickable overlay mod for OH-58B... Installation problem

The install readme files says

1.      Download and unzip KIO-WA-main.zip

2.      Drag the Scripts folder into your DCS Saved Games folder

3.      Delete DCS Saved Games\Config\KIO-WA\KIO-WAConfig.lua, if it exists

4.      Read the Readme

5.      Start DCS

 

My DCS is..... C\users\saved  games\openbeta\config...

So where do I drag the scripts folders?  When I placed script folder in the saved games folder as instructed open up DCS no mod!

There is no config folder in my saved games or anywhere to delete the kio-wa\kio-waconfig.lua

Please advise!
