Terrain following radar constantly fly-up even with the switch flipped up?

Hey folks. Giving the Mudhen a few flights lately and I've noticed that after doing my usual procedure aka :

Fly-up switch in the up position (what an horror to reach)
TF Radar on
TF CPL on... The plane just constantly fly up, doesn't even try to follow the terrain, it just wants to fly up.

Anything changed? Is it just bugged?

for me its still working. Try to get the jet a bit above the target altitude and then keep the paddle pressed for the override, flip the switch, move the plane in position and follow the marker already, paddle release and then follow the box a bit and after that you can engage the CPL.
